Scuba-Taster + or Scuba-Refresher Course     

OK the sun is shining and maybe you're short of time... you have always wanted to give scuba diving a go. Maybe it has been a long time since you last dived...you need a refresher, or you need to finish off your PADI O/W course !!

If your apprehensive it will quickly disappear when you come diving with our confident friendly instructors at a fabulous location where the water is clear, the shore based course is approx 4-5 hours, the boat based course is all day. As an option, our expert video-grapher can capture stills or video your first dive experience, show it to friends and family via the web, no-one ever forgets their first dive experience, make sure you don't either by capturing your experience. 

Here's what you get:

  • Instruction by ...a  PADI Dive Instructor
  • Option of Shore or Boat based Scuba-taster
  • On completion of training you will be taken on a guided Fun Dive by your Instructor
  • Full Dive Gear Supplied, small group max 4-6
  • Completing Section 1 PADI O/W course (as per DVD you will watch)
  • Option to purchase underwater pictures of your experience or if you have TDC voucher get a FREE photo
  • Optional *PADI referral form (+$20) allows completion of your O/W course at any PADI Dive centre world-wide

Scuba-Taster+ is better than doing Discover Scuba as you will complete more requirements of the PADI O/W course plus we are the only company capturing you underwater experience on camera.

* The optional PADI referral form is offered to those who complete Scuba-Taster+. If you wish we will book you in (FREE of charge) at your next nztramp franchise or affiliate location to allow you to complete section 2-5 of your PADI O/W course. This allows you to dive all the top NZ tourist locations and meet more people learning to dive..

Booking Terms & Conditions

Refunds can only be given where we cancel a trip or dive due to weather or other factors which make diving un-safe. Any booking deposit paid is not refundable. No refunds are given if you cancel one or more of your dives on the day of your tour. We reserve the right to charge the full tour or quoted price amount against your credit card if you do not show up. We cannot guarantee a return time from diving due to variations in customer numbers, course time completions and other factors beyond our control. If you loose or damage dive gear on hire from us, we reserve the right to charge you for repair or replacement at cost to us.
